How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We are in the final stages of closing down and we dispatch orders twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so UK orders will arrive within 2-5 working days.

Help us to deliver efficiently

Please take care to provide us with the correct address details. Incorrect details can cause delays or even result in packages going missing. Once you have placed your order you will receive our order confirmation email, if you notice any incorrect details please let us know immediately by replying to the email.

Non EU customers have VAT deducted from their order total at checkout, and may be asked to pay local customs and duty charges when the goods arrive. These charges are payable by the customer and failure to pay the charges may result in the package being returned to La Magia at cost by the customs authorities. Any charges for orders that are returned due to the customer not paying charges or cooperating with authorities/delivery agents will be payable in full by the customer.

Please note that overseas deliveries may be delayed at customs. La Magia takes great care to complete all the required paperwork to ensure quick clearance at customs but occasionally customs authorities will request further information from both La Magia and the customer. We will always respond immediately and fully cooperate with these requests. Any charges for orders that are returned due to the customer not cooperating with authorities/delivery agents will be payable in full by the customer. In extreme cases where the customer does not respond to information requests from customs authorities, the order can be destroyed by customs. In this rare situation La Magia will not be responsible for refunding the value of the goods where the destruction of the order was brought about by a customers actions or non-actions.

How will my order be presented?

All orders are delivered discreetly in plain packaging. No pricing information is printed on your delivery note, so if you are buying gifts the recipient will not know how much you have spent. When it comes to what's inside the package it is a very different matter! If you spend over £40 your items will be giftwrapped in our stunning handmade satin packaging. Orders under £40 are wrapped in tissue paper.
