Why haven't I received any emails from you since placing my order?
We always send an order confirmation email as soon as an order has been placed. If you haven't received your email it is most probably in your junk folder so please check there first, and mark our email as safe so that we can communicate with you. The only other reason would be that we haven't received a correct email address from you so have not been able to successfully deliver our confirmation message. So if this is the case please email us so we can send one to you.
Do you deliver to my country? How much will it cost?
Yes! We are based in the UK (in Leicester) and we ship worldwide. Standard AirMail is always free no matter where you are or how much you spend, express shipping options are available. All our prices are in UK pounds. A good currency conversion tool can be found here.
When will my order be delivered?
Wherever possible orders will be dispatched within 24 hours, although made to order corsets and lingerie will take longer. View item descriptions for details and you can always contact us for more specific information.
What if I need to return my item for an exchange or a refund?
We want you to be delighted with your purchases and, if you're not, we want the returns process to be painless. Take a look at our Returns and Refunds page for information on our no quibble returns policy.
Can my order be delivered to a different address?
Yes, at checkout you will be asked for your Delivery Address, if your card is registered at a different address you have the opportunity to enter that. Great for gifts or if you would prefer to have your order delivered to your workplace.
Do you have a shop or a showroom?
No, as online specialists we like to play our strengths and keep La Magia as a web only business. The fact we are online allows us to offer a very wide selection of beautiful apparel to a worldwide audience.
Do you have a catalogue or brochure you can send me?
Our website is our catalogue. We are always adding new brands and designs to our website so printed brochures would quickly become out of date. If you have any questions about specific items just contact us.
How do I work out my corset size?
You don't need to - we do that for you! Just give us your natural measurements and we'll make sure you get the right size. We recommend you read our Measuring Guide for advice.
I'm buying a gift and I am completely stuck, do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes! We offer gift vouchers in a variety of denominations from £50 up to £500. They are available to all customers and can be redeemed for any items on the website, including sale or clearance items.
I don't like paying by card, what other payment options are there?

I don't like paying by card over the internet, can I place my order with you over the telephone?
Our checkout is 100% secure and safe but you are more than welcome to call us and place your order.
