Do you deliver to my country? How much will it cost?
Yes! We are based in the UK (in Leicester) and we ship worldwide. It is always free no matter where you are or how much you spend. All our prices are in UK pounds. A good currency conversion tool can be found here.
When will my order be delivered?
Wherever possible orders will be dispatched within 24 hours, although made to order corsets and lingerie will take longer. View item descriptions for details and you can always contact us for more specific information.
Do you have a shop or a showroom?
No, we are purely online which is why we are able to offer such a wide selection of beautiful apparel.
Do you have a catalogue or brochure you can send me?
Our website is our catalogue. We are always adding new brands and designs to our website so printed brochures would quickly become out of date. If you have any questions about specific items just contact us.
How do I work out my corset size?
You don't need to - we do that for you! Just give us your natural measurements and we'll make sure you get the right size. We recommend you read our Measuring Guide for advice.
I'm buying a gift and I am completely stuck, do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes! We offer gift vouchers in a variety of denominations from £50 up to £500 and they are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. They are available to all customers and can be redeemed for any items on the website, including sale or clearance items.
I don't like paying by card, what other payment options are there?
Take a look at our Payment page for more payment options. We can accept PayPal payments on request so just email us if you would like to pay that way.
Can my order be delivered to a different address?
Yes, at checkout you will be asked for your Payment Address (the address that your card is registered to) and then you will be given the opportunity on the next screen to give us a separate delivery address. Great for gifts or if you would prefer to have your order delivered to your workplace.
What if I need to return my item for an exchange or a refund?
