A couple of weeks ago I packed lots of lovely corsets into a very big bag and travelled down to The Picturedrome in Northampton. My reason for doing this was to dress the Vivid Vixens, the girls who will be gracing the Vivid Soda crowd with their beauty and charm.
As you will see from the resulting photographs, the girls looked fabulous in their outfits, they are wearing corsets by What Katie Did, Lulu and Lush and Maya Hansen, and lingerie by What Katie Did, Kiss Me Deadly and Playful Promises.
One of our favourite photographs (shown below right), taken by James Thorpe, is of burlesque performer Banbury Cross who is wearing the super-curvy Lulu and Lush underbust corset, Playful Promises Miss American Pie silk set, Kiss Me Deadly Van Doren suspender and What Katie Did Retro Seamed stockings. So many people have asked whether the waist has been altered on this image but it is totally unadulterated, this corset is just fantastic at creating a tiny waist!
The show is this Sunday, 29th March, and is in danger of selling out (if it hasn't already done so!) The Vixens will be dressed by La Magia on the night and mingling with guests to make sure everyone is having a good time. As well as dressing the Vivid Vixens, La Magia are also having a fashion show which will see one lucky winner winning a £100 Gift Voucher. It is going to be a really great night and we look forward to showing more photos in the weeks to come.
